Comprehensive skills training, microfinance support, and business mentorship program helping widows achieve economic independence and rebuild their lives with dignity. We create sustainable pathways to self-sufficiency.

Program Methodology

Skills Assessment: Individual evaluation to identify existing skills, interests, and market opportunities. Personalized training pathway developed for each participant.

Training Modules: 12-week intensive program covering business fundamentals, financial literacy, marketing, customer service, and industry-specific skills (tailoring, catering, retail, etc.).

Microfinance Support: Interest-free startup loans (₦50,000-₦200,000) with flexible repayment terms, ongoing business mentorship, and access to supplier networks.

Graduation & Beyond: Business launch support, quarterly check-ins, peer networking groups, and advanced training opportunities for business expansion.

Needs Assessment: Comprehensive evaluation of each orphanage's infrastructure, educational resources, healthcare provisions, and staff capacity. Customized support plan developed collaboratively.

Facility Improvements: Renovations including dormitory upgrades, kitchen modernization, sanitation facilities, recreational spaces, and safety enhancements to create nurturing environments.
